Our little nest has been tastefully furnished and decorated. Large window to wake up to with a view of motorless Lake Sarrazin. Steps away from a refreshing swim at the beach with kayaks provided.
A stone fireplace furnishes an entire wall of the loft. An outdoor fireplace is also available to brown marshmallows and a BBQ...An outdoor spa available year-round and a double bath in the remodeled bathroom. A large smart TV in the living room with high speed Wifi allows you to stream Netflix or YouTube seamlessly.
The loft is equipped with a micro kitchenette with the amenities to make a coffee or a small meal. Ideal for WARMING UP COOKED DISHES. To accommodate you: small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, two-ring hob, electric grill, kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is NO SINK in the kitchenette. Or just take advantage of the Café Bistro next door - it is really worth it!

- Prices are based on 2-night minimum stays. For a single night, the reservation will incur a 29$CAD extra fee, applicable after booking is made.
- You will be delighted by the warm beverages & succulent dishes, to eat in or to go, at neighboring Café des pins.
- We do supply eco wood logs (1 time use), if you need more during your stay we can arrange it for you for a fee or it can br purchased at the local gas station.

• The municipal by-law forbids fireworks, firecrackers, & unclosed fire pits for security reasons and for the protection of everyone.
* The decision to rent our property and therefore to use all our facilities, such as appliances, boats, spa, BBQ, is entirely at your risk. The owners or the property management cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever of the renter and his guests. In the case of an uncontrollable situation - power failure water shortage, sewers breakage, Wi-Fi interruption, and spa breakage – no refund will be processed.
* A FULL REFUND will be issued for a cancellation made 60 days or more from reservation date.
* A REFUND OF 50% will be issued for a cancellation made 30 days and more from reservation date.
REQUIREMENTS:
*The primary renter making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
*The security deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days from the departure time.
*The primary renter must provide valid proof of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, to confirm their booking and complete the registration process.
