With 2 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS, 3 LIVING AREAS, 4 BATHROOMS, 5 BEDROOMS, makes it ideal for groups and multiple families. Tastefully decorated cottage, LA PERLE DES MONTAGNES is nestled in the Royal Laurentien golf course, one of the most beautiful greens in Quebec. This chalet was created to blend in with its natural surroundings. Our residence offers a baby grand piano, 2 kitchens, 3 living areas, 4 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 2 gas fireplaces. By this generous configuration, it is ideal for multiple families. Its high cathedral ceiling, huge windows and open space concept allow for an airy space that is complemented by the spectacular view of the lake and the mountains. Fully equipped, the main kitchen offers beautiful views, an espresso machine, coffee & coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, fondue & raclette sets, BBQ, and much more. Also well equipped, the family room has an 86'' smart TV, a poker table, a pool table that turns into a ping pong table, chess, checkers and board games. At the top of the mountain, our vacation home has a private trail that leads to the lake where you will find a private dock, kayaks, stand up paddleboards and a sitting area. An outdoor dining set for 10, and 2 different spaces to meet outdoors; one with a wood-burning fireplace and chairs, the other with a gas fireplace with long benches. Being part of Royal Laurentian Resort, our guests have access to heated inground swimming pool (max 12 people) volleyball & tennis courts, hiking trails, kids play area, public beach and golf$$. Accommodating comfortably 16 travelers, it is well suited for team building, corporate retreats, families as well as friends' reunions and girlfriends' weekends. A perfect place to reconnect and create beautiful memories! THE LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE: Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms Upstairs: 1 bedroom Garden level: entertainment room, kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms BED ARRANGEMENT: 2 bedrooms with KING beds 2 bedrooms with QUEEN beds 1 bedroom with 2 QUEEN beds and 2 bunk beds C.I.T.Q registration: 302732 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Our property is suitable for responsible groups only. - For security reasons, cameras are placed outdoors. - BBQ not available during December to Mai. *Propane not provided* Due to past issues with tanks being taken or left on, we've had significant losses. For this reason, guests are responsible for bringing or refilling their own propane for the BBQ. - Maximum number of guests /visitors/children is 14 people at all times. - No parties. - Prices are based on 2-night minimum stays. For a single night, the reservation will incur a 260$CAD extra fee, applicable after booking is made. -We do not supply the logs for the firepit outside, you can purchase wood at the nearest gas stations. -Christmas and New Years Minimum 3 night reservation. REQUIREMENTS: *The primary renter making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. *Follow the provincial Covid travel restrictions. *The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours from the departure time. *****PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE FINALIZING THE RESERVATION.***** HOUSE RULES: • YOU ARE WELCOME! PLEASE TREAT OUR HOUSE WITH CARE AND RESPECT. • No smoking in the property. If smoking outdoors, do not throw cigarette butts on the land and use the ashtray provided on the porch. • This chalet is not suitable for parties and any loud music. • To ensure the safety of our guests and premises we have installed outdoor security cameras. Our property manager is our neighbour. • VERY IMPORTANT - For insurance and safety purposes, the total number of guests/ visitors/ sleepers in the property must not exceed 14 people. Fees will be charged if we conclude more guests have slept on site. • NO FOOD & BEVERAGES in bedrooms and spa. • Recycling & trash has to be done in the bins outside (black bins for trash, green bins for recycling, located up the driveway). Please respect triage of items going in each. We can get a fine if not done correctly. • No noise and music after 10pm. • We provide make-up pads so please do not use face or body towels. Also, do not leave wet or damp towels over the furniture and the wood floor. • Besides toilet paper, do not flush anything else in toilets (as tampons and wet ones) as they could block the septic tank and cost you a lot of money!! • All used items of the kitchen have to be clean and returned where they belong. • The last dishwasher load can be set upon your check out. • After use of BBQ, please clean it. • Do not move furniture and decoration items. • Children have to be under adult supervision at all times. • After using kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and paddle boat, return them you took them. • The municipal by-law forbids fireworks, firecrackers, & unclosed fire pits for security reasons and for the protection of everyone. • IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED, CHARGES COULD BE APPLIED. • ALL DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE RESERVATION. OTHERS TO NOTE • The decision to rent this chalet and therefore to use all facilities, such as appliances/ boats/ spa/ BBQ, is entirely at the renter's risk. • The owners cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever of the renter or of his/her guests. • In the case of an uncontrollable situation (power failure, water shortage, sewers breakage, Wi-Fi interruption, spa breakage) no refund will be processed.
