In the HEART OF MONT-TREMBLANT, our spacious cottage is warm and welcoming. Ideally located by motor less Lac Ouimet with spectacular views, it is also close to the ski slopes and the pedestrian village as well as downtown Tremblant. Find its charming pedestrian village with its 30 restaurants & 30 boutiques, casino and live entertainment. Also around, hiking, biking & cycling, tennis, health spas, rafting, zip-line, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and more for you to explore! Chalet Familia is a spacious modernized log cabin with special aesthetic features in the living room and a solarium. Yoga in the morning, canoeing in the afternoon, strolling after dinner and sitting around the magnificent outdoor fireplace for songs and marshmallows in the evening! You may take advantage of the dock, the canoes and kayak and of course of the serene views of the water and colors of your surroundings. HOWEVER YOU CAN'T SWIM IN THIS LAKE BECAUSE OF THE ALGAE. Newly renovated, FAMILIA has much to offer: a spacious living room, a solarium, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 10 beds, and 2 bathrooms with showers, and parking for up to 6 cars. Accommodating comfortably 14 travelers, it is well suited for team building, corporate retreats, families as well as friend reunions. A perfect place to reconnect and create beautiful memories! THE HOUSE LAYOUT: Main floor: kitchen, dining-room, 1 living room, 1 solarium, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 2 other bedrooms that are adjoining and semi-private THE BED ARRANGEMENTS: 1 bedroom with Queen bed 1 bedroom with Queen bed 1 bedroom with Queen bed 1 bedroom with queen bed and two single beds 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and two single beds 1 single floor bed in the living area C.I.T.Q registration: 310766 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 1. The TVs are connected to WiFi, but have no basic channels to view. Guests must use their own personal Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Crave accounts to view. 2. Two of the bedrooms are adjoining and semi-private. 3. Lake is not deep (6 feet), not suitable for swimming but good for canoeing. Canoes and kayaks available as of May 20th. 4. We welcome pets under strict conditions, an additional $80 per pet will be applied after the reservation. 5. Prices are based on 2-night minimum stays. For a single night, the reservation will incur a 150$CAD extra fee, applicable after booking is made. 6.BBQ not available from December to Mai. *Propane not provided* Due to past issues with tanks being taken or left on, we've had significant losses. For this reason, guests are responsible for bringing or refilling their own propane for the BBQ. 7. New year and Christmas minimum 3 nights 8. Groceries, convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants and a SAQ (liquor store) are only 15 minutes away from our Chalet. 9. For the fireplaces, we provide complimentary eco logs for the first night, for any additional logs you can purchase from us or at the local gas stations. HOUSE RULES *We appreciate it when our guests treat our home with care and respect. Please take good care of the property, and note that any damages may incur additional fees. * SURVEILLIANCE CAMERAS ON SITE, front door and parking. THE MANAGER IS OUR NEIGHBOR. * EXCEEDING CAPACITY OF 14 PEOPLE $750 penalty + $100/exceeding guest * ZERO TOLERANCE PARTY $1000 penalty • NO SMOKING $500 penalty * NO MOVING OF FURNITURE AND DECORATIVE ITEMS $500/ROOM penalty * SPA COVER HAS TO BE CLOSED AFTER EACH USE $500 penalty * VERY MESSY ACCOMMODATION will be charged extra cleaning fees * RECYCLING AND/OR TRASH NOT DONE. $250 fees Black bins for trash and green bins for recycling. Separate accordingly. * ALL DISHES & COOKWARE MUST BE CLEAN AND PUT BACK WHERE THEY BELONG. $250 fees. Last load can be done on your departure. • ALL DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEIR REPLACEMENT. DO NOT USE FACE OR BODY TOWELS • CLEAN BBQ after EACH USE. • The municipal by-law forbids fireworks, firecrackers, & unclosed fire pits for security reasons and for the protection of everyone. * The decision to rent our property and therefore to use all our facilities, such as appliances, boats, spa, BBQ, is entirely at your risk. The owners or the property management cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever of the renter and his guests. In the case of an uncontrollable situation - power failure water shortage, sewers breakage, Wi-Fi interruption, and spa breakage – no refund will be processed. * A FULL REFUND will be issued for a cancellation made 60 days or more from reservation date. * A REFUND OF 50% will be issued for a cancellation made 30 days and more from reservation date. REQUIREMENTS: *The primary renter making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. *The security deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days from the departure time. *The primary renter must provide valid proof of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, to confirm their booking and complete the registration process. *****PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE FINALIZING THE RESERVATION.*****
