The 21-foot cathedral ceiling with its huge picture windows will immerse you in the serene nature that surrounds your new home. The very large dining room table can sit 12 people and is well guarded and surrounded by 3 eagle owls. Always pleasant, the outdoor spa (accessible all year round), the 100-foot (30 meters) gallery and its 3 accesses to inside, the bedrooms’ adjoining balconies, the BBQ, the outdoor tables and fireplace surrounded by chairs. Enjoy your coffee over the view on the large deck, a glass of wine around a bonfire, and a meal alfresco. You’ll find a well equipped kitchen with coffee maker & coffee, blender, raclette and fondue sets, slow cooker and more.
Made entirely of logs, Chalet LE GRAND DUC offers a renewed decoration with the theme of owls represented through superb photos and illustrations by artists from all over the world. The house proposes an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room offering a spacious and pleasant space to gather in the presence of the majestic stone fireplace. Find also 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 levels, a big family room on the ground floor with windows, french doors, smart TV and a pool table.
LE GRAND DUC is located in the small municipality of Labelle, named after the famous priest Antoine Labelle, an emblematic figure of the colonization of the Laurentians. Many activities are offered as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dog sledding, fishing, spas, horseback riding, hiking, public beach and some water activities. You are at 30 min. from the bustling Tremblant Ski Resort, recognized as the highest mountain in eastern North America, as well as its charming pedestrian village and casino.
Chalet LE GRAND DUC is well suited for families and friends’ reunions, girlfriends’ weekends, moderate celebrations of all kinds and corporate retreats.

- We welcome pets under strict conditions, an additional $80 per pet will be applied after the reservation.
- For 1 night reservation there will be a price adjustment of 200$ after reservation made .
- BBQ not available during December to April. When available, you must bring your own propane, we do not provide it.

- We supply wood for the fireplaces for one time use. Any additional firewood can be purchased at the local gas station for about $10-$15.

Due to past issues with tanks being taken or left on, we've had significant losses. For this reason, guests are responsible for bringing or refilling their own propane for the BBQ.

The cottage is designed for 12 guests, but with extra beds and flexible setups, we can host up to 16 for larger groups wanting to stay together.
*Spa water*
We get the water supply from the well, sometimes the water has a higher iron concentration and the color of the water can be slightly greenish or brownish. Although unfortunate when that happens, we assure you that the spa is cleaned and prepared by a professional before every arrival.

• BESIDE TOILET PAPER, DO NOT FLUSHES ANYTHING ELSE IN TOILETS (such as tampons and wet ones) as they could block the septic tank. IN CASE OF BLOCAGE, CHARGES WILL APPLY TO YOU.
• WE PROVIDE MAKE-UP PADS. DO NOT USE FACE OR BODY TOWELS
• CLEAN BBQ after EACH USE.
• The municipal by-law forbids fireworks, firecrackers, & unclosed fire pits for security reasons and for the protection of everyone.
* The decision to rent our property and therefore to use all our facilities, such as appliances, boats, spa, BBQ, is entirely at your risk. The owners or the property management cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever of the renter and his guests. In the case of an uncontrollable situation - power failure water shortage, sewers breakage, Wi-Fi interruption, and spa breakage – no refund will be processed.
* A FULL REFUND will be issued for a cancellation made 60 days or more from reservation date.
* A REFUND OF 50% will be issued for a cancellation made 30 days and more from reservation date.
REQUIREMENTS:
*The primary renter making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
*The security deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days from the departure time.
*The primary renter must provide valid proof of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, to confirm their booking and complete the registration process.
