Ideally located by motor less Lac Ouimet with spectacular views, it is also close to the ski slopes and the pedestrian village as well as downtown Tremblant. Find its charming pedestrian village with its 30 restaurants & 30 boutiques, casino and live entertainment. Also around, hiking, biking & cycling, tennis, health spas, rafting, zip-line, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and more for you to explore! Chalet AU BORD DU LAC is ideally located on the edge of motorless Lac Ouimet, offering a spectacular views, in addition to being close to the ski slopes and the pedestrian village of Tremblant. In a setting conducive to relaxation and close to the downtown Tremblant, it is the best of both worlds. Our chalet is also a short drive from cross-country ski trails, golf, tennis, mountain biking, cycling, hiking, nature trails, thermal spa, zip line, public beach and restaurants. AU BORD DU LAC is a warm multi-generational cottage that offers 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, in addition to 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped, (expresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, fondue, raclette sets, and more), the living rooms comfortable, the bedrooms nicely decorated, the spa and the outdoor fireplace are available year round, and the BBQ available 7-8 months a year. *Note that we recently re-decorated and upgraded the furniture. Also, added 3 in 1 pool table, ping pong and dining table. Accredited with 4 stars, our spacious chalet can accomodate 16 people. It is well suited for families and friends reunions, girlfriend's weekends, celebrations of all kinds and corporate retreats. We provide kayaks, stand up paddle boards "SUP", paddle boat, blackjack, poker, chess, checkers, backgammon, Twister, Monopoly and Uno. Whatever the season, there are activities for everyone. In summer: swimming, fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddle board, paddle boat, all from our chalet, beach, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, golf, horseback riding, rafting ... In winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dog sledding, all-terrain vehicle, fatbiking, ice fishing ... Create unforgettable moments in a place that will feel like home! HOUSE LAYOUT: Main floor: kitchen, dining-room, living room, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms Upstairs: 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms Lower level: kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms SLEEPING ARRANGMENT: 2 bedrooms with KING bed 1 bedroom with QUEEN bed 2 bedrooms with DOUBLE bed 1 bedroom with SINGLE bed 1 bedroom with 2 BUNK beds (sleeps 4) 2 foldable SINGLE beds OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Price includes all taxes. - Air condition is in the 2 master/king bedrooms, and in the main level living areas. - We welcome pets under strict conditions, an additional $80 per pet will be applied after the reservation. - Our price is based on 2 nights and more for 1 night reservation there will be a price adjustment of 260$ after reservation is made. - BBQ not available during December to April. *Propane not provided* Due to past issues with tanks being taken or left on, we've had significant losses. For this reason, guests are responsible for bringing or refilling their own propane for the BBQ. - Week-ends min 2 nights Friday/Saturday. - Life jackets provided for water activities. - We do offer ecolo wood logs for free (equivalent of one use) for the fireplaces. If you wish to have more you can order it from us and we will arrange it for you at a small fee. -New year min 3 nights 30 dec check in to 2 jan check out. -The cottage is designed for 12 guests, but with extra beds and flexible setups, we can host up to 16 for larger groups wanting to stay together. DO NOT USE FACE OR BODY TOWELS • CLEAN BBQ after EACH USE. • The municipal by-law forbids fireworks, firecrackers, & unclosed fire pits for security reasons and for the protection of everyone. * The decision to rent our property and therefore to use all our facilities, such as appliances, boats, spa, BBQ, is entirely at your risk. The owners or the property management cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever of the renter and his guests. In the case of an uncontrollable situation - power failure water shortage, sewers breakage, Wi-Fi interruption, and spa breakage – no refund will be processed. * A FULL REFUND will be issued for a cancellation made 60 days or more from reservation date. * A REFUND OF 50% will be issued for a cancellation made 30 days and more from reservation date. REQUIREMENTS: *The primary renter making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. *The security deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days from the departure time. *The primary renter must provide valid proof of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, to confirm their booking and complete the registration process. *****PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE FINALIZING THE RESERVATION.*****
